For practical reason and to avoid unneccessary paperwork we would like to switch to annual billing (rather than monthly) on our BitBucket account. Is this possible? I cant find any page to set this option. Please advise.

We currently do not offer annual subscriptions for Bitbucket Cloud and monthly subscriptions are billed automatically from the credit card saved on file.
If we decide to offer an annual pricing plan, we will make an announcement on our [Atlassian Blog|http://blogs.atlassian.com/]

Assuming you are using Bitbucket Cloud, see:

The FAQ says:
"At this time, it is not possible to change payment plans (monthly/annual) from a My Atlassian account or within your Atlassian Cloud site. Please Contact Us to ask about what is involved with switching."
