I haven't logged into my account for about a year. and now I get the message. I have read that this happens with a deactivated account. Please, reactivate me.

Your account was in a Dormant state due to a long period with no login. I went ahead and set it to active again, so you should be able to log in just fine as of now.
You can try again and let us know in case you still face any issues.
