We have some documentation on this error here (see Cause #5).
You can resolve it by deleting the lock file itself. More details from the page linked:
This tends to occur when older versions of Bitbucket Server or Git are being used on the server side. Ideally you should upgrade to the latest version of Git and Bitbucket Server. To resolve this in a one off manner, manually delete these lock files from the file system of the server. The path in the error above should tell you where these lock files are located. In the example above, you would navigate to
/bitbucket/home/shared/data/repositories/<REPO_NUMBER>/refs/heads
and deletetest.lock
.
