Academic license for teams not working

I have filled out this form https://www.atlassian.com/software/views/bitbucket-academic-license.jsp 2 times now and I am still unable to upgrade our team(sepws14) to an academic license.

When I am on manage team and click on change plan and then choose the academic plan, the plan doesn't change.

I just got a answer from Atlassian support and our team now has a academic plan!
