We are not able to add new user to our repository

We are using our private repository [Under free plan] fine for couple of months. 

After a long time, when we are trying to add a new user to our repository, we can't the user/Team sections. 

> We are not quite sure, if we are in our admin email account. checked from all our other email ids too. Except the one we logged in, no other account seems to be admin. 

 

How can we be sure that we have logged into our admin account for those repositories?

can I get any support from bitbucket team?

Hello @hirebyus ,

if you mean to be admin of the project, you can go to the project permissions and see if you are like a single user or you are in the group that have admin permission.

If you are talking about admin of bitbucket, you can see in the right-top the button of "administration"

Remember that its not only 1 option to give right someone to a repository. You can create a group and add this person to the group. Then, add this group to the repository.
