Unable to Retriver Recovery codes

HI, 

My bit bucket user id is sameelas_kloudgin. I have changed the mobile so unable to access Twostep verification.

and I try to get the recovery codes using ssh git@bitbucket.org recovery_codes common, but getting the permission denied Exception.

Below is the Request

ssh git@bitbucket.org recovery_codes

git@bitbucket.org: Permission denied (publickey).

Could you help in resolving the bit bucket issue.

Hello @sameelas_kloudgin ,

You need to use the SSH key that you registered with Bitbucket when requesting recovery codes. The one you use now is not registered, this is why you get Permission denied (publickey) error back.

If you still can't get the recovery codes, you'd need to raise a support request, our Support team will assist you further.
