The Bitbucket Cloud public issue tracker has now been migrated to the Bitbucket Cloud project on jira.atlassian.com
---
The Bitbucket team will be moving the Bitbucket Cloud public issue tracker from site/master to jira.atlassian.com with the migration of issues currently planned to start 8 September 2019.
A link to the project for Bitbucket Cloud will be communicated here post-migration. We will be moving to the same issue tracking service as the other product teams at Atlassian. This service is powered by Jira Software and brings numerous benefits for the team here and for customers like yourself. Example benefits include having a single location for all issue tracking and a streamlined Support workflow. We also believe this change will allow the Bitbucket Cloud team to improve our engagement and communication.
If you visit the issue tracker during migration it will be unavailable, there will be a message advising of this. We aim to keep this period to a minimum to avoid any inconvenience. If you need to contact Support during this time please go to Support.atlassian.com
After migration, navigation to an issue at the previous location, for example via an email link, will automatically redirect to the new location.
We appreciate your patience during the migration and look forward to bringing an improved public issue tracking experience.
Kind regards,
Martin
