Access Control from Office IP only

I want to access bitbucket repository  from office IP only I need the guide lines how to achieve this task.

For BB server, it's possible using a proxy/reverse proxy. See here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/proxy-and-secure-bitbucket-776640099.html

For cloud, I don't know an out-of-box way to do it. I recommend checking the app marketplace, there are few apps which can help you control access.
