I want to get email notifications for failures of scheduled pipelines. There is a request here to provide this feature. In the meantime I thought I'd implement it using a webhook on commit_status_updated, but it appears that webhooks are not triggered for scheduled pipelines. Is this a Pipelines limitation, or do I just need to configure it somewhere?
