Old pipeline failure not updated with new runs in repository overview
There is an old pipeline run which failed still displayed in the repository overview
Currently newer builds with the SAME pipeline name/configuration have succeeded but this overview information has not been overwritten.
Also pipeline builds cannot be deleted in order to get rid of this build.
What's the solution?
