Runner update to fix JDK Bug.

Hi,

Apologies yesterday we released a change to our runner that compiled our runner codebase against java 11 but didnt update our runner docker image to jre 11.

We found a gap in our acceptance tests that would have caught this in our staging before reaching customers, we have since added a test to ensure this wont happen again.

Could everyone whose having the errors around java language level please stop their runners, repull the docker image and ensure you have version 1.78.

Dear Nathan I am having the exact same problem on windows. I haven't seen a fix related to this problem raising on windows runners.
