Plan build minutes getting consumed on local runner builds

Hi,

I've noticed that our plan's build minutes are being used, even though all builds were run with a local runner. Currently 171 build minutes were used. Behavior is reproducible.

Is this some unintended change?

Yeah it looks like the same is happening to me as well. Only ever used our on-prem runner this month and yet the repo with the runner is reporting used minutes.

We really need some visibility on this.

Yes we found a bug with this yesterday and released a fix.

Can you please raise a support ticket so that we can give back the minutes that were consumed incorrectly.
