Per runner environmental variables

Hello,

Can you consider adding support for setting environmental variables per runner?

The use case I have is:

• a pool of runners, each connected to a test device
• each runner has the same runner tag
• when a step runs it uses any free runner with the given tag but I need some settings that is runner specific like the IP address of the test device.

If not can you make the runner name available in the steps as an environmental variable? Then I can map the runner name to the test device config.

I tried adding more environmental variables when starting the runner in the docker run command but they are not passed to the steps.

@Dylan Rajaratnam That's a valid use case. Exposing the name and tags of the runners in a step would be useful, I will add it to our backlog. Thanks for trying the runner and providing valuable feedback.
