Senat (Berlin) resolution to curb the spread of COVID-19 in Berlin

Joerg Mueller-Kindt March 14, 2020

Hello,

the Berlin senate today (March 14th, Pi-Day of all days) passed an emergency resolution that effectively prohibits events with more than 50 people, closing all locations open to the public, with the exception of restaurants that can keep more than 1,5 m distance between tables.

Events with less than 50 participants are heavily regulated in this resolution.

These emergency measures will currently end on April 19th, 2020

Full text of resolution (German) here: https://www.berlin.de/rbmskzl/aktuelles/rathaus-aktuell/2020/meldung.906890.php

We are cancelling all in-person events for the time being - our published schedule is now officially and legally binding FUBAR -  we hope that we can pick  it up again in person in May and are looking for virtual alternatives.

Stay healthy, enjoy life and see you around.

Best Regards

Hubert & Joerg
