Import Issues from CSV

Hi Everyone,

I have exported Jira Service Desk issues from JIRA Prod when I tried to import the issues via CSV file then the below two fields are not importing.

Time to Resolution

Time to First Response

2019-09-17 15:54:12,557 WARN - Cannot add value [ [2d 9h] ] to CustomField Time to resolution in Issue Probably value was in incorrect format.

2019-09-17 15:54:12,558 WARN - Cannot add value [ [-7h 37m] ] to CustomField Time to first response in Issue Probably value was in the incorrect format.
