unable to run elastic agent on ec2

Hi, i'm unable to run the elastic agent on ec2, this is the content of /home/bamboo/bamboo-elastic-agent.out

I've refreshed the permissions, can you check now?

now worked fine. how can we make sure this won't happen again? what was the problem?

Amazon added a new IP range and we didn't have it whitelisted. That happens very rarely, it's unlikely to happen to you again.
