"Bamboo bootstrap failed"

Hi All,

 

I have the following message on my Bamboo server:

2016-11-16 21:59:51fatalbootstrapBamboo bootstrap failed: Failed to run pre-bootstrap upgrade tasks. Please contact Atlassian and https://support.atlassian.com

Please could someone tell me how to proceed?

In order to help you we need to see some logs. Knowing what version you attempted to upgrade from and to would also help us giving you a better answer.

We were not running any upgrade. This just appeared when we booted up the server.

Please let me know what logs you require and I will post them.
