maven 3 is installed by yum and and bamboo doesn't find it but it is there

Like I said maven is installed  with yum as rpm.  I already verified it is there but bamboo doesn't find it.

any ideas?

Define the executable manually (for the local or remote agents that you've installed it on) and you'll be all set.  If you use only local agents, you can use the server capabilities page in bamboo, if you use remote agents the capability goes in the agent's bamboo-capabilities.properties file.
