is it possible have a parameterized build, where the parameter must set from the user?

We have a manual stage where the user must enter a parameter. Is this possible?

No, prompting the user for required parameters is not available yet in Bamboo - please watch/vote/comment on the resp. long standing improvement request to further increase awareness for this surprising limitation:
