Hello Tom,

Import feature can take a great amount of time depending on the amount of data to be parsed. I would suggest you on opening <bamboo-install>/logs/catalina.out (Linux/MacOS) or bamboo-stdout.2017-02-14.log (Windows) and check if the import has completed successfully or if there are any errors.

On Windows, error logs can be found under <bamboo-install>/logs/bamboo-stderr.2017-02-14.log

Looks like your import was failed. Please contact support at support.atlassian.com and provide them logs
