Why is there a disparity in the total number of builds?

In our Bamboo instance, when looking at the "All Plnas" tab, the following text appears:

71 of 885 Plans shown

However, when going to "Administration" -> "System Information" and then to the "Instance Statistics" section, the following text is displayed:

Number of plans 1583

Which of these two numbers is correct? Why is there a disparity between the two numbers?

The 885 I believe. I filed a bug report months ago on this topic. The 1583 is your number of Jobs within Stages across all your plans. See https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-12874
