When I try to deploy usimg a Powershell script I see the following error: Failing task since return code of [powershell -ExecutionPolicy bypass -Command /bin/sh file.ps1. How do I configure Powershell task properly?

We are trying to deliver web content (several web service folders) to an IIS server using a powershell script and a set of web.config files. The script and config files are stored in Stash and pulled across as part of a checkout task which are then published as artifacts to the deploy job.

Is your PowerShell task run on a Windows machine? Can you post the screenshot of task configuration and log from the execution? Which Bamboo version are you using?
