Hi
We have a Bamboo licence that will expire at some point. I understand that the server licence is perpetual and the licence is for maintenance.
However, our agents are remote (being installed on different instances). Do you know whether these will stop running pipelines when the licence expires?
Best wishes
Hi @Adam Gaudry ! How are you doing?
It will not stop to work. It will not be possible only to upgrade to a version released after the expiration date and also to contact support.
Hope this helps!

By the way @Cristiano Mariano , we have previously had a situation where, after dropping the number of licensed agents, we found that some of the agents we had from before stopped working. This makes sense, of course, as we had lowered our licensed agents.
But in this case, does this normally mean that when you pay for a license you are paying for the server and all of the agents in the license tier (eg 25). And you can run the server and all of those agents forever, but without maintenance/support?
Thanks again for your help.

Hi @Adam Gaudry !
Exactly! Atlassian Server products (Bamboo is one of them) will continue to work normally with an expired license. But they will stop to work if you try to use more than your users/agents tier.

Great! Thanks @Cristiano Mariano . So we can continue running our online remote agents as normal, just without support.
