We are running Bamboo 5.9.  We are updating our permissions to be complient with SOC2.  

What is included in the 'Restricted Admin' role?

A restricted admin is an admin that doesn't have some of the permissions that directly influence the host on which the Bamboo Server is located. All plan administration and agent administration is available to restricted admins.
