Build agents can be local or remote (e.g. EC2 instances). What are the build agents requirements? OS, architecture, software stack, etc...
In other words, could the build agents run on Linux/ARM architecture?
To receive official support, you need to use a supported platform (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/Supported+platforms).
That said, you should be able to run a remote agent on Linux/ARM, as long as you have a compatible JDK on it. You won't be able to use the standard wrapper that manages the agent, but apart from that it should work.
