Very large artifacts upload

Mateusz Wentlandt November 22, 2017

Hello,

We have a build plan that creates very large artifacts ~1GB. On remote build server. Uploading this to bamboo (6.1.1 build 60104) server takes ages and if we have more of them we will overload bamboo server.

However we do have large ftp server that we use to store those artifacts.

I can create a step in build plan to upload that artifact to this ftp.

What I'd like is to configure bamboo to create artifact link and use that file in ftp. Without uploading it to bamboo server itself.

regards

mW

Hi Mateusz,

For your requirement, I can only think of an AWS S3 bucket as a solution where you can store artifacts.

For using S3, you need to use Bamboo Artifact Handlers feature introduced in Bamboo 6.2.x version

thanks
