Uploading artifacts from Remote Agent to Bamboo Cloud fails

Hi,

We're using Bamboo Cloud with Remote Agent (not Elastic Agent) for building our project. The build step succeeds fine in the remote agent. However, uploading artifacts to Bamboo cloud fails with 403 Forbidden error. I've verified that outgoing connections from the agent to the internet is open on all ports. Please let me know how to troubleshoot this issue.
