Source repository does not show tags from Bitbucket using Mercurial

Stuart Fenton November 27, 2013
The documentation from Bamboo 5.2 say that you can select a branch or tag when selecting a source repository. However bitbucket (using mercurial) only shows branches.
How can I select a tag instead or a branch?
SourceTree used to leave the branch in place but now it deletes it (no options panel any more).
Which makes hgFlow's ability to release a version no longer connectable with Bamboo as the tag cannot be selected.

Hello Stuart,

I believe you have no other option that to 'fallback' from "Bitbucket" source repository to "Mercurial" one. There you could configure your Mercurial repository to point to your bitbucket repo, specifying the desired tag.

Is that what you needed?

You were right.

Using mercurial instead of bitbucket did the job.

Thanks for your help.
