Hi all,
I am evaluating Bamboo as a replacement for our Jenkins setup.
I have some ant based builds running and so far I am impressed.
But now, I do fail with the first maven based plan:
com.atlassian.bamboo.task.TaskException: Failed to execute task at com.atlassian.bamboo.plugins.maven.task.Maven3BuildTask.execute(Maven3BuildTask.java:112) at com.atlassian.bamboo.task.TaskExecutorImpl.executeTasks(TaskExecutorImpl.java:212) at com.atlassian.bamboo.task.TaskExecutorImpl.execute(TaskExecutorImpl.java:98) at com.atlassian.bamboo.build.pipeline.tasks.ExecuteBuildTask.call(ExecuteBuildTask.java:75) at com.atlassian.bamboo.v2.build.agent.DefaultBuildAgent.build(DefaultBuildAgent.java:188) at com.atlassian.bamboo.v2.build.agent.BuildAgentControllerImpl.waitAndPerformBuild(BuildAgentControllerImpl.java:102) at com.atlassian.bamboo.v2.build.agent.DefaultBuildAgent$1.run(DefaultBuildAgent.java:107) at com.atlassian.bamboo.build.pipeline.concurrent.NamedThreadFactory$2.run(NamedThreadFactory.java:52) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:724) Caused by: com.atlassian.bamboo.task.TaskException: Failed to execute command, external process not completed? at com.atlassian.bamboo.plugins.maven.task.Maven3BuildTask.execute(Maven3BuildTask.java:108) ... 8 more
Any pointers into what I might do wrong. The project is a very simple maven project for testing and I want to run 2 maven goals (clean test), but the build fails directly after the GIT checkout from Stash.
My own fault. Had not configured the mvn executable correctly.
Hi Jan, what do you mean with maven executable???
where can I configure it??
