Problem starting remote agent

Hi All,

we are facing problem while installing remote agent for our sever bamboo 2.7.4 server

error message says

2013-02-12 10:25:53,896 FATAL Thread-1 AgentBootstrap Exiting due to fatal exception.

This issue was due to incompatible JDK on the Bamboo server and/or the remote server. This was handled in support.
