Permission denied on projet in Bamboo

The user already has access to the project and I gave him admin access, but with that, he cannot access or view plans.

I granted him admin privileges to the permission project and plans.

but it's not working.

Welcome to Atlassian community

As per my understanding the user has both the Admin access of the Project and all the plan under this project, but the user is not able to view the plans.

Can you let me know the Bamboo version which you are using, there was a bug which affected this access because of broken cache.

Meanwhile can you restart your Bamboo instance and see if the access works for the user.
