I was wondering if there is a way to configure artifacts in a periodic way, daily or weekly artifacts for example, or even manually instead of generating the artifacts automatically at each plan execution which consumes a lot of memory space.

Hello Adel,
There is no build-in features by your requirements. You can configure your builds to skip placing artifacts at necessary places. So add some script as last part of your job which will remove artifact from disk depending on day of the week. Then Bamboo will not be able to find artifact nor store it. One drawback of this solution is that if there are builds depend on these artifacts then build will fail
