Notifications in YAML bamboo specs is not as expected

Hi I'm trouble with the default notification in yaml bamboo specs it's not workins as describe on the documentation in Default Settings with bamboo server 6.3.2
For example:

1. When I commit a new change in bamboo specs I received an email of success import o failed imported. (It's as documentation describe)

2. When I commit a change on the code and the build plan fail the notification email don´t work. (It's not as documentation describe)

3. If I watch some plan/branch (as favorite option) I receive the email if the build plan fail. (It's as documentation describe)

Any idea what's happening?. Thanks in advance

It looks like your team opened a support request regarding this but our support engineer couldn't reproduce it. If you want to revisit the issue, your existing ticket can be re-opened and support will be happy to help.
