.NET Project Build in Bamboo

We have a .NET project we have put onto Bamboo. We are attempting to build with MSBuild v12.0 (64-bit) VS2013. Here is an error we are getting after we pull the code from Git:

This project references NuGet package(s) that are missing on this computer. Enable NuGet Package Restore to download them.

We have verified NuGet package restore was run manually and the .targets folder has been put in Git.

Any thoughts? Thanks.

Did you resolve the issue? I switched msbuild task to visual studio task and was able to build solution.
