I am using MS Test Run and MS Test Parser my in Bamboo builds.

I have bamboo build task named "Test Parser" with File Directory parameter with value "C:/AutomationBinaries/Results/testresults.trx'.

Maybe you need to set the directory parameter to C:/AutomationBinaries/Results ?
