Lowercase work directory

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Specifying Bamboo's working directory

I'm working with some legacy code and need a complete path that's lowercase in order for my build to work properly, is there a way to get the JOB_KEY field set to a lowercase folder name in bamboo for the working directory (bamboo.build.working.directory)?

No - but you could try using a symlink that is all-lowercase - whether that would work depends on the build tasks you're using.
