Launch a bamboo build when pressing the release button on the rapid board

Is it possible to automatically launch a bamboo build when pressing the release button on the rapid board like you can do with a release in Jira's version management?

It can't be done directly but you could consider incorporating some post function on your workflows, more info at http://blogs.atlassian.com/2012/08/automatic-git-branch-jira-greenhopper-bamboo/

There is the GreenHopper integration tracker which has an open improvement suggestion - Build and release from Greenhopper. This currently has 2 votes, you could make it #3!
