Is there a way to integrate Bamboo with an automation tool?

Can you elaborate what you mean with 'automation tool'?

For example, what do you want to automate, Bamboo itself, other Atlassian apps, or external systems? And what kind of automation tooling do you have in mind?

I meant to say automation testing tool like selenium. We have a custom automation testing tool in our organization called AccelQ. I would like to setup Bamboo in such a way that when a build is run successfully, Bamboo automatically deploys that build into a testing environment and also triggers AccelQ to kick off automated tests.

Now I understand that we need a custom plugin for that. What are your thoughts on this? And if you can, can you describe the plugin's functionality?
