Installing Bamboo Agent - TLS SSLContext not available

I am trying to run the install for the remote bamboo agent and I am getting the following error:

java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: TLS SSLContext not available

Even if I try and point to a non existing URL. So it has to be something with the java setup/config or a command line?

I install java 1.8 but haven't done anything else.
