In Bamboo Server, how do I get Bamboo to refresh the working dir from BitBucket

Our current working directory for Bamboo is xml-data\build-dir.

The master branch has a dir under build-dir:  MV-MB-JOB1

When we change files in the the repository, MV-MB-JOB1 is not updating.  How do I refresh the files under MV-MB-JOB1 automatically?

If sounds like, if I stop Bamboo and delete MV-MB-JOB1 and then restart Bamboo, it will pull down a fresh copy from BitBucket.  True?

We had a source code checkout task configured, but it was the 2nd task in the job.  I moved the checkout task to the top of the list and the working directory is now refreshed as desired.  It took some experimenting to figure out that the default Checkout Directory location is the Working Directory.
