I Can't remove Bamboo Licenses in the Application Access Screen

At the Application Access Screen it shows in red:

Bamboo

BAMBOO 17 exceeded

And I can't fix because nobody is checked.

I was migrated from hosted instance and now I have a onDemand instance and didn't bought Bamboo

Given that you have limited access on OnDemand, please contact support, they'll sort you out.

I am having the same problem.
