How to import bamboo plans as java specs in a new bamboo instance

I would appreciate assistance on how to import bamboo plans as Java specs in the new  bamboo instance. 

 

I have already exported the plans. Just need to know how to import them.

To import the Plans, follow the steps outlined in the following KB article, replacing the sample Java Specs code with your exported ones.

You should be particularly interested in steps 1, 4, and 5.
