How to find out Bamboo projects plans having anonymous access enabled?

My requirement is to find out projects plans which have anonymous access available. I tried getting the information through rest api and also through database. However, I unable to locate where this setting is stored in database.

Try call http://localhost:6990/bamboo/rest/api/latest/plan with anonymous user. It will return all plans, available for any user. If you want to see list of plans for some project, try http://localhost:6990/bamboo/rest/api/latest/project.

More REST call can be found here - https://docs.atlassian.com/bamboo/REST/5.9.7
