How to connect to the database?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Database and IP information

I am trying to do the workaround to increase the build number of my builds but cant find the information about how to connect to the DB to do so.

I am told that the information should be in overview -> system but I have no option for database information.

Since you are running Bamboo in cloud, you do not have this functionality available. Please refer to Restricted functions in Bamboo Cloud for further information.
