How do you specify the installation directory for build agents?

I'm trying to install a build agent on a remote *nix box, and would like to specify the installation directory (because our /home/ drive has very limited space). How can I do that?

I'm currently using this command: {user@server9:/apps/build/domain} $ /usr/java6_64/bin/java -jar atlassian-bamboo-agent-installer-5.3.jar http://172.16.10.41:8085/agentServer/<br< a="">>

By passing -Dbamboo.home=/whatever/dir to the agent process, you can choose any directory you like.
