How do you link a linked repository to project?

Currently, I am having to add the linked repository to each plan. Is it possible to add the linked repository to project, so I don't have to do it for each plan?

No it is not possible. Projects are only used to logically organize plans. These do not provide any other functionality.

You can however link repository to a Plan and then create multiple Jobs in the plan that would be able to use that repository.
