How can I get rid of these annoying info when bamboo checkout source repo?

Hi guys,

I have a remote repo which only has 3-4 branches normally, but when its bamboo job is running and checking out the source repo at the beginning, it shows thousands of these errors:

I am 100% sure that these branches have been already deleted many months before, but how can I get rid of these annoying info?

Maybe removing repository cache would help (Administration / Repository Settings).

Thank you Krystian, I will give it a try.
