How can I get Bamboo running after a restart of my Windows Server?

Wolfgang Holtermans May 24, 2018

Hello!

I have some trouble installing the Bamboo Software on an Windows Environment.

After the standard installation process, Bamboo works perfectly fine, even if I reboot the Windows-machine. But every time I set Bamboo up completely and go through the assistant in the web-page (typing in the license key and setting up the database connection) the Bamboo-Service doesn't start up anymore after a reboot of the machine.
The console-version doesn't work either: After the message: "Server startup in xxxxx ms", the console window unexpectedly disappears.

Only a re-installation could fix the problem until now.
I've tried several versions of bamboo, but they all led to the same problem.

I'm using a virtual machine with Windows 7.

Thank you for your help!
