How can I force synchronization of LDAP Bamboo 5.9.4

Jason Horn October 5, 2015

I followed the instruction on the following page to setup Active Directory LDAP integration with Bamboo 5.9.4:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/integrating-bamboo-with-ldap-289277210.html

We have a "memberOf" query built for the User Object Filter and Group Object Filter.  This worked during the initial deployment.  Now we have added new AD accounts to the group.  How can we "force sync" the product to pick up these new users?

Thanks in advance!

Hello Jason,

Thank you for your question.

Please, restart Bamboo to invalidate the cache and get the new values based on the updated "atlassian-user.xml".

If you find useful, you can refer to How to set up LDAP in Bamboo for further information.
