How can I deploy without building?

In my project, all artifacts are built from desktop client tools and they get pushed to a /target folder in our Bitbucket by Developers.

I want to just pickup those artifacts (from the target /folder) and do deployment without Bamboo having to build and produce the artifacts. Is there a way of doing so?
